"Yeah Don't Suck!" a fantastic bit of advice from a coach during NCAA nationals.

Sweet and easy white boy problem day.  Every little trivial matter irritated me, but in my current disposition this is to be expected.

Seriously, good, solid, no major medical worry filled day sprinkled  with minutia, the good life.

For those of you enduring hardships, try a tip a great woman once offered me.  Whether you are religious, believe in a higher power or something greater, we little ones there is one action or mindset that can be overpowering....  That is, no matter your plight, inconvenience or maybe bliss, give that pain you are dealing or happiness it bestows on you in the name of someone else.  A selfless mindset.

I get it, crock of shit Andy, maybe, but if my pain and suffering can be utilized for things I have no control over and someone is willing then they shall have it.  Maybe its a little philosophical or rather psychological in its twist on reality, but that idea that benefit, good, and healing can come from my path is pretty cool.  I'll take it as a mind fuck if that's what it is, but again its our choice.  This is where you can discard self pity and attempt to put your existence in perspective with the mass.  A trait all too uncommon in society, but there is always potential.

Cheers friends and mates and I will check in tomorrow after a fun filled day.  I still have hair for now; I'm thinking maybe 5 more day!  Woo Woop:)
