Information for Andy's inpatient stay

Andy has officially checked into the hospital for what will likely be a 3 week stay in the hospital.

 For those who wish to visit Andy he will be at Medical City Dallas on the 11th floor, building A room 1116. Visiting hours are from 8am to 6:30 pm and only 2 visitors at a time are allowed so please call ahead for coordination purposes. 

For those who wish to send anything to Andy during his stay, here is where you may mail gifts, etc:

**Please do not send anything Latex (balloons) or flowers (dried or fresh) but any foods (except fruit and veggies), hard candies, etc are welcome.
